Peach Probiotic Smoothie
6 oz coconut milk 1 cup peaches 2 Tbsp Almond or Cashew butter 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Vanilla 1 Tbsp Honey
(add powdered whey protein if you wish)
Blend together
SuperFood Smoothie
6 oz Coconut Milk 1 cup Blueberries or Raspberries 2 tsp Flax or Chia seeds
1 cup Kale Half tsp Cinnamon Stevia to taste
