We are integrating everything we have experienced in the last 13 days today (which has been a lot!) before we move into into the thirteen-day period of Seeing Earth Energy at sunset. The Maya associated this energy with birds, who fly high above the world and see things more clearly than we do here on the ground. Seeing more clearly helps us to make better choices. Seeing Earth Energy brings a strong need to see the big picture and an internal impulse to live from Ahimsa and make choices that are for the highest good for all (Ahimsa means “Do no harm.”) Although we may be tempted to make rash decisions and make rash choices to break free from the controls we are experiencing, this is the time to actually look carefully, choose wisely, and make our choices count. Seeing Earth Energy brings us an increased ability to pay attention to detail and come up with new ideas. This is also a period that increases our ability to experience more love, if we practice seeing through the eyes of unconditional love, as represented in the two animals shown above.
The Universe has a plan that we are able to participate in to co-create our future, as we pay attention to what we need to see. We experience a full moon in the middle of this energetic Seeing period. Let’s try to use the moonlight to see more clearly into the dark so that we can make brighter and better choices.
