Today on August 10th at sunset we once again enter into the marvelous idealistic period of Enlightening Earth Energy for the next thirteen days! This energy is aligned with the radiance of the Sun; it is the symbol of wholeness and completion. It offers visions that can only be realized from a higher, more “enlightened” resonance with the universe. The purpose of Enlightening energy is to use our light to bring all dualistic perspectives into harmonious unity. Enlightening energy brings opportunities for profound transformation if we actually follow our intuition, connect with each other in meaningful ways, and act upon the ideals we hold in our hearts.
This is a period where there is opportunity for social progress, if we respond to our circumstances in unity with our hearts. This requires being able to stretch our vision to see the larger picture before making choices for our best course of action. We must listen to others’ perspectives, rather than simply trying to convince them of our own, yet wisely use our powers of persuasion for more idealistic choices when opportunities arise.
During Enlightening energy, we may tend to react to situations
with disappointment if others do not agree with our vision, or to judge others rather than allowing them their own power of choice. Even if we are convinced that we can see a better way, we cannot change anyone else’s mind or opinion; we can only share our own and teach by example. Choosing to continually keep a higher vibrational, idealistic perspective in spite of outer circumstances supports our abilities to use our energetic power to make changes in the outer world.
We have a Full Moon in Aquarius on August 12, the second full day in Enlightening Energy. An Aquarian Full moon evokes the spirit of inclusion and community, and it is through the power of sticking together and acting for the highest good for all that we can manifest a more idealistic and harmonious world.
Take advantage of the opportunities Enlightening Energy brings to humanity! Let us speak out when appropriate or quietly go our own way in a parallel manner when appropriate. Either way, refusing to participate with harmful mandates and maintaining the right to our sovereign choices is a step towards living in a more idealistic world.
