COURAGE TO RELEASE OTHERS by Pia Orleane & Cullen Baird Smith

Many people are struggling in dysfunctional relationships or healing trauma from dysfunctional childhoods as we go through this transition. We want to remind you in today's Blog of what is important and what isn't. Unconditional Love for others is always important. Accepting responsibility for how you treat others is important. Accepting abuse from others or accepting responsibility for others' actions is NOT important, nor is it healthy. If you are making a choice to be in higher vibration on your Ascension Journey, then you must also make a choice to surround yourself with others whose energy is also in a high vibration. Seek out your true spiritual family for the genuine support you need and deserve.

In Disclosure News, Dr. Schavi M. Ali wrote:

"Being in constant close association with people of low vibrations has been scientifically proven to adversely affect physical, emotional, and also mental health because stress is more pronounced when you do so. Pray for the elevation of others, but if they are affecting you disharmoniously, release them. You do not have to be their savior. Do not be a martyr. Be a wise "LIGHTBRINGER" who knows when to allow others to be set free. Move into this new time with cleansed cellular records and receive greater illumination."

In Laarkmaa's third book of the Wisdom From the Stars Trilogy, The Pleiadian Manual for Accelerated Evolution and Ascension, Laarkmaa details the correct cosmic view of family. The families we are born into are our training ground to trigger us to grow. This does NOT mean we have to continue to be involved with them once the lessons are learned. We choose our relationships after we are grown, but often people who have been conditioned to accept less than they deserve for whatever reason in childhood, allow themselves to accept less than they deserve now, trying to get others to love them. Shared love between people is a wonderful experience! However, trying to find love outside of yourself because you do not fully love yourself, rather than recognizing that you have all the love you need in your own heart, is NOT balance sharing of love. Begin to love yourself first and then reach outward to others to share that love and receive the love and respect you desire.

In this critical time of transformation, it is crucial that we raise ourselves to our highest frequency and that we choose wisely who we surround ourselves with. If it is time to let someone go or leave yourself, do it for both your and their good. You are giving them the opportunity to take responsibility for their own choices and behaviors. You are giving yourself a more supportive environment to nourish yourself and grow. Or you may just need to rewrite your Contract with another person or a family member, telling them what is acceptable, what you need, and what you are willing or not willing to do. We wrote an article on Reviewing and Rewriting Our contracts that you can view here:

Remember that Laarkmaa always reminds us that we are catalysts for change, which means we must use our courage and take action to do what we need to do, which is a form of teaching by example. Cullen and I choose each other every day. It is a good guideline for all relationships because it helps us to remember what we are grateful for in our relationships and where and how we need to polish our own relationship skills. Continually making positive and life-affirming choices leads to becoming who we really are–our Future Selves!

With kindness, compassion, courage, and love,

Pia and Cullen
