Cancellation / Refund Policy
To accommodate as many people as possible, we ask a 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Sessions cancelled in less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the fee. Of course, we recognize that emergencies do arise, and we do make allowances for true emergencies.
Please honor our time and take a moment to notify us if you need to make a change, a cancellation, or if you have an emergency.
Anyone who simply fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without notification will be charged the full cost of the session for Pia and Cullen's time.
